My pony has windgalls, well... as of yesterday, and i was wondering what suplements i should feed him?
People said MSM, sulpher, cod liver oil?
Any ideas?

Might be worth sticking him on a joint supplement of some kind as a precaution or preventative for his joints, but it won't do anything for the windgalls themselves, they're there to stay. Lots of horses have them but they're rarely a problem.

hi,
personally i think if a horse has windgalls then its a good indication that it needs support i.e. tendon/fetlock boots.
my horses did have windgalls but then i got them boots and now they dont

I was thinking of getting MSM and a herbal joint supplement, do you think this would be ok?

Hi,
You will need something to help circulation to the lower extremeties (legs) and to help the lymphatic system (drainage). MSM will help as for herbs I think clivers will help too as its very good for the lymphatic system. It mixes v well with calendula (marigold) so if you can find them or a herbal supplement with them that will help

Tendon & fetlock boots and brushing boots don't provide support, they just offer protection, wraps provide support and exercise bandages
Read tendon boot bit below lol

Maybe another factor helped your horses windgalls without you realising :)
