Can't believe I fell off last night :eek:to be fair wasn't my mares fault entirely damn bird flew out low from the undergrowth next to our sandschool an spooked her an it would have to do that the night I decided to lengthen my strirrups! So she went one way I went the other an landed with a flop! First time in two years so count myself lucky, also landed on my bad side (I have bad back done 6 vertebraes two years ago not from a fall though) but did get back on an did two circuits of school in all gaits. Even my horsey was worried bout me stopped the minute I was exiting an then stood over me lookin very worried an licking my arm an givin little nudges!

Am little sore this morn an achy, but ok!! Thank goodness!

ouch..am sorry you came off...but I am very glad you are doing ok today.

I came off my horse last week directly on my tail bone. The Chiropractor sqaid it wasn't broken but it still hurts. I've ridden twice since, but I am too uncomfortable for my horse to comfortable beneath me. We've just been going for hand walks which is ok. Trust me, we both need it!
