Can anyone point me to any info on the above? Im quite excited by perhaps taking Kal out to do one or two, as her canter is never going to be good enough to show, but her walk and trot work is coming on very very nicely.

Thanks!

It's available from the BD online shop.

Our local college have added walk and trot tests to the evening shows this year and the first one last Weds was very popular, 18 entries.

We use the PC ones at our yard shows, and there are plenty of others available on the internet. BD seems to have acknowledged that people are keen to get out there and have a go, just because they don't want to, or can't, canter doesn't mean they're not interested in dressage. I wish they'd been around when I started competing, there was always a bucking risk when we did canter, so I would have loved to have done some w&t first! More and more venues seem to be offering classes now, and with BD joining in, it should really help to encourage people.

Thats what Im more excited about, the fact that BD are doing it so hopefully more people will be at unaff shows. My local RC does 'Have A Go' dressage, their own very simple, low key stuff, but it still has canter in which ruins Kal's mentality for the trot stuff afterwards! Hopefully the trend will spread!
