further to my suggestion on the Edinburgh night out thread how does Saturday Dec 1st sound for lunch at Ingliston?

i have a feeling soem NR members could be jumping that day too!

I would love to, however isnt that the weekend that there is the horsey thing at Ingliston in Edinburgh (Highland show centre)? I think a lot of people (me included) will be going to that, to do some pre Xmas shopping and hopefully have a meet. It is on on the 1st and 2nd.

I would go on 2nd and SJ on 1st, however it is the RRC beach ride on the 2nd, so I would like to go to that as it is only once a year, and they have SJ on quite often at Ingliston. How about another weekend?

ahh is that when the thinsg on - does it have the crafty stuff too because i bought some throws from a woman and i really want the matching cushions but lost her website details!!

There is Strathkelvin RC showjumping on the week after, I guess open to all - might go and do that unless I am hunting? It doesnt start till 12.30, so plently time for an early lunch as well.

I will be at horsey thing in Ingliston, Edinburgh on 1st, and would love to meet you Jo (and CVB too!) (and B2b and Nookster)...(and anyone else..). Then beach ride on 2nd! Will also aim for Ingliston SJ on 8th anyway. It's just down the road from me so I will try and make any other dates arranged there as well. now, i shall have OH and child (well my dog, but he is my baby:o) in tow for the 1st but they dont mind meeting new people.

what's the thoughts for the meal at ingliston? does anyone want to suggest a date? since its quite far for some i'm sure lucyad will let you visit oscar and we will be more than happy to let you visit us too!

I booked tickets last night - and the plan is to go Saturday with a couple of people. We'll have to work out some way, place, time or somesuch to meet up...
