Oh My God !
She was AMAZING!!!!!
Couldnt believe how well she went, thought she would be a total b*tch because she hadnt been out in ages, but she was a darling !
Got at the show about 8.25am, entered, unloaded ponies (honey and my cousins pony) she was a bit 'whoa, GREEN GREEN GRASS! and oh yeah.. ponies' sort of thing.
Got into the warm up area, was pretty crowded so took her out of there and warmed up just behind the lorries (loads of grass space) and she started rearing , wasnt really expecting that, but just carried on, when i asked for canter, a mini rear, squel and a nice canter .. she was so hyper bless her !
Done some jumpies in the practice ring, was jumping jumps rather .. uhrm.. big ! about 2ft higher than what they should have been !!
Went into the indoor arena, she was on her toes, felt her back come up, trotted round the ring, and OMG! there were duck fillers (we didnt even have to jump that jump) wouldnt go near them, so walked her past them, got her into a nice canter, cleared 1,2,3, but 4 i pushed her onto too much and she got too close, smacked it with her front, went on knees, scrambled back up, had 3 strides to the number 5, got over that one okay, then cleared 6,7,8,9 and 10.
So only 4 faults in our first class (0.80cm/2ft6)
Then took Honey into the British Novice, the same height as the first class i took her in.
Went clear :D
Even had to jump the duck jumps (), she jumped that one the best aswell, couldnt believe it ! first time doing British Novice and went clear, Shows we can jump higher better, more effort etc :)
Went in the jump off.. scary as hell !, had to jump fences... 1, 3b, 9, 6ab, 7 and 8, very twisty, have drawn it out on paint to show you.
Have got some pictures (blurry because mum took them on her phone !)
