Welcome from me too. I joined around 10 days ago, and have had some really good advice and support already.
I'm 50 years + with two grown children but no grandchildren yet or in sight!!
My horse is a TB ex racer, and we are having lots of ups and downs retraining at the present time!!!!
My OH also has a Section D but Skye is around 15.3 and can be quite flighty as she is only just 5.
As for the forum - I have found that folk have only been supportive here so long may that continue, and they have my thanks already for being so friendly and welcoming. Oumbagirl...

Welcome, I joined not so long ago after returning to riding after a very long break. This forum is wonderful and so supportive of us not so young riders. Don't have my own horse but I part loan a lovely 15.1 piebald cob mare who is very patient with me! Addictive, hmmmm, probably but there again, so is riding!! the two probably go hand in hand, lol!

Welcome. You found the right site. Everyone on here give so much support. I find I'm more relaxed about my riding since I see there are so many others that have the similar thoughts as myself. And the advice that is given can really help in your lessons. It is addictive:D.

and welcome - this is as addictive as riding itself - not only are we not bitchy, we are supportive, love photos, vid clips and updates.
Stick your posts where they fit best depending on the topic.
Most of us browse the whole site or use "new posts" so we'll find your posts!
