Hello :)

I am a disabled rider. I own a 9 year old Paso Fino and trail ride in the Rocky Mountains. I use no special equipment, and can even saddle my horse myself. Here is my video:

What an amazing video, Sarah!! It is super to see, for me as a spiritual worker and animal communicator, how your horse completely meets your needs and cooperate with you on bridling, saddling, riding etc. You have a horse with a mission! :)

Can I ask if does the tölt or fino-fino gait? I rode a friend's Paso Fino in California long ago and the fino-fino gait was so awesome. Owning an Icelandic I am familiar with tölt but the paso fino's gait is different. Also, do you neckrein to turn and how do you drive him forward if your legs are not always strong? With voice commands?

Must say that the landscape you ride in is gorgeous - I want to go there now! :D Our country is so flat!!

Really enjoyed your video with the spectacular scenary. Many thanks for sharing.
Your horse is a real sweetie standing quietly to be tacked up.
You clearly have a great bond.
Your outings and activities are an inspiration to us all.

Sarah, my dear, should reconsider your verbiage... Disabled? I totally don't see that when I saw your video. You get the job done, toots. :)

I know women at my barn terrified to ride their horses outside! And there you are on the trail in colorado, tacking yourself and enjoying your Jypsy Girl.

Way to go, you inspire me. XXXX

Thankyou for sharing. Really enjoyed your clip. I often think such things should form part of pony club/ riding club educational video evenings....probably titled something like 'the amazing things done by horses and their partners. What's your excuse?'
