Well, the lovely Poohsmate came over this morning with my gorgeous new SC all leather Working Hunter saddle!
He was pleased with how Cody's shape has changed and improved which was great. I thought he looked better but as I see him all the time, it is harder for me to judge.
We almost had a disaster before I got on though and I thought Norm was going to leave...Cody got to the biscuit packet and flipped it! :D:D:D
Thankfully he didn't get the actual biccies or it would have been the end of a lovely friendship there and then!
Anyway, I had a walk and trot round the school so the saddle could settle - needless to say Cody was chilled out and not at all on his toes (lazy bugger that he is!).
Confession time now - I took the camera and was so engrossed in getting my new saddle I forgot to get it out. :o
Will get some pics of him in the new saddle soon though. The new girth I bought wasn't long enough but have just ordered another online and a back riser pad as he still needs some more muscle but I am delighted with the saddle and looking forward to riding again.
