Lovely horses:D
IMO I would say you sometimes look a bit tight in your hips and your lower leg looks as though it swings back which to me is too much tension/grip in the knee. Try to open your hips more, relax the knee and get the weight down along the outside of your calf and into the ball of your foot - not the heel to much as this will cause the leg to stick forwards and the hips to push back too much resulting in the rider getting behind the movement. Many people think, push the heels down but I have always been trained (by a FBHS) that your heel should only be slightly lower than the ball of your foot. the weight should stay on the widest part of your foot (ball).
Other than that looks great - well done
Hope this helps :D

You have posted 4 threads asking people to critique the same photos.. all on different occasions?! And you have only ever posted 7 times!
Is it an ego boost you're after or are you looking for serious advice?

Nice horses, have only really looked at the ones of your big boy as internet being sloooow.
I think your lower leg tends to slip forwards and you are very tight through the hips, More weight into your lower leg and stop gripping with your knee would help heeps, maybe do some riding without stirrups concentrating on using your whole leg rather then just hanging on with your knees.
also would like to see your bottom more our the back and not so far out of the saddle."
Is it just me or does the horse look like hes not finding it very easy to get over this sized jump?

Ok if it's critique you want.
Pic one - you should be sitting back in your saddle sitting up and looking for your next fence. You're standing up in your stirrups and as a result have tipped forward onto your horse's front end making him difficult to balance and achieve the correct bend. As a result he is doing a 'motorbike' turn!
Pic two - Difficult to see as a bit blurry but you have pushed your weight down into your heels which is a much better position but you need to watch your hands, they have turned in this pic so that your thumbs are not on top (pram handle hands!) But your horse looks like he's bending nicely (now that you're back in the saddle and letting his neck move).
Pic three - Good position, you are looking up and ahead and you have given plenty of release with your hands. Just try and stick your bottom out a bit more. It looks like you are relying on your stirrups a bit too much.
Pic four - Your heels have come up and you look stiff through your upper legs and back. Nice shot of the horse but if you keep your weight in your heels and come off his neck a bit more he may find it easier, especially over bigger fences.
Pic five - Classic example of anticipating a fence. If he had dropped a shoulder and ducked out - you would have been out the side door. he looks like he's taking off very early. Also looks like your saddle has lifted at the back as a result of your weight being forward. Might want to check saddle fit as an afterthought...!!
Pic six - Much better, he looks a lot more relaxed over this one and you have a better position, toes look like they are pointing out so again this is a weight in heels issue.
Pic seven - You have stood up in your stirrups and are bracing yourself against your horse, you are jumping the jump yourself instead of letting the horse do it. You have collapsed onto his neck making it more difficult to jump.
Pic eight - better position in this one but make sure your lowerleg doesn't slip back too much. Again stick your bum out rather than standing up over the fence.
Have to leave it there i'm afraid as work calls.
Try jumping some feces without your stirrups, help relax your legs and help you sit deep, keeping the weight in your heels. Bring the fences down to about 2'3" if you find it easier to practise over

What sort of problems are you having?
It's pretty hard to go from a pony to a big 17HH horse!! So much of a difference in stride and all that, keep your chin up, we all go through rough times.

Ditto - you tend to grip with your knee and be tight in the hip (VERY common) rather than letting your weight sink down your thighs into the calf of your lower leg.

Seems to me your jumping ahead a bit and abandoning your leg.
But you still look like a really good rider.
I love your horses!
