The horse that I had the chance of before has just come up for sale again, Pepsi, a dark bay gorgeous 14.3hh TB Gelding. I have no idea how to go about finding £500 - £700 in a week,
unless i could ask my parents for a loan and pay them back over a number of weeks.

What do you think?

What is his total price? Do you have most of it, but are 600 short? Maybe you could pay down on him what you have in cash and arrange for a payment plan for the missing 600.

One thing to keep in mind. Buying the horse is not the last time you spend large amounts of money on him. If he has to go to the vet, etc. you need to be able to come up with the money.

If you are already struggling to make it now, you might consider postponing horse ownership until you can ensure that you have the funds for emergency medical care just in case...

If I were you, I'd ask my parents calmly, and maturely. If they say no, don't make a big deal of it. Just work hard at earning that money yourself.

Could you work at the barn, or do odd jobs around town? Sorry I can't help much. I do hope you can get the money though. He sure is pretty! :)
