well - i'm having a trial of the fhoenix dressage staring saturday

lady coming to check fit on sunday

can't wait -- its a black one - (ted currently in brown) - so if i keep the trial one it'll mean new clothes for the boy:) and he has new trainers on this week -- he'll be verrrrry dapper

i think he'll be stunning in black(saddle) and white(saddle cloth)

will take some piks and let you know if it helps my coccyx and if ted seems comfy in it -- i have a great big bum and he is short backed -- so we might have a difference of opinion:)

i got some piks taken n his current saddle to send to heather and jill at fhoenix --- stella had to climb a mounting block to take piks of his back:)

(i'm shorter than stella but was spared this cos i was holding him at time)

bye for now

Good luck :D I've got the SBS (the forerunner to the Fhoenix) and love it :D I'm hoping to get the new 'Vogue' that is coming out when my insurance pays out!

Which agent is coming out to you?

Enjoy :D

Hope you enjoy it:)

I really liked my fhoenix, just feels so odd now compared to my western saddle.

Love my SBS. There are five (fhoenix and SBS) around here now as everyone gets to know about them.
Hope you like it. The SBS has a bigger seat though if that is an issue for you.

hi peeps

its muriel allan who's coming out--she sounds very nice on the phone

and i wanted an sbs originally gill but they're like gold dust--not a lot about --plus i wanted new from the manufacturers for warranty and peace of mind and they don't sell them any more

i'll be part of a growing gang:)

the new vogue looks very stylish but the stitchin is a bit poncey for a 'proper bloke' like ted:)

will keep you posted

Nursey's (who make them) still sort them out for you though :) I needed the flaps restitching and they were brilliant and didn't even charge me PLUS they had the saddle back to me within a week of me sending it to them (I think that it was about 5 days in total). They give brilliant after sales service, probably the best I've ever known :D

I think that you can have it without the stitching :) The Fhoenix is very nice though :)

Your both going to look very fine - and less of the big bum, cos mine is bigger than yours

Anyway, you'll be all kitted out and ready for practicing that dressage on Sunday :)

It's true, you can get it with or without stitching. I just got my new Standard Fhoenix demo saddle today... very nice indeed. :)
