I had my second lesson today with my new instructor and spent it on the lunge working on my position. I don't know if i've always had it wrong or wether things are taught differently now or wether my body doesn't work like it should, but i ended up being sat in a complety different position than i normally would, but it felt good and RI took a photo of me and everything was in line and i felt so balanced.

Now i just need to use my gym ball all week to try and build up the muscles.

sounds great, what sort of things did she have you doing?
