Tobiano genetics identified

Until now, testing for tobiano has been a bit hit and miss, with geneticists trying to identify which tobianos are homozygous by studying certain protein markers.

Research has now identified the location of tobiano; DNA tests are reliably identifying homozygous horses. :D

That is useful news -wonder how far behind grey and dun are now? I did ask Avianbiotech, but they were very close-lipped about it...
