Anyone used Shop4Bits.com and how were they?

highly recommend, bit arrived in 2 days, paper work for hire is straight forward, i decided to keep the bit, gave them a ring (a day over the 30 day ohps!) and they said thats fine they will debit the difference from my bank, no problems atall.

I had a very bad experiance with them. I bought a Neue Schule bit off them in August 3 weeks before a dressage test and wanted to get my pony used to it in good time. It said 3 - 5 days for delivery time. 10 days later it hadn't arrived. I was panicking, thinking it had been lost in the post, phoned them up, they didn't even have one in stock. Thanks for letting me know. So they said they'd have one shipped out to me directly from Neue Schule that day, next day delivery. 3 days later, still no bit. Left a message with them, they phoned me back saying they had recieved an email off Neue Schule, that they had not seen, saying they didn't have any and wouldn't have any for the forseable future, so I had to have a size bigger which thankfully did fit.

I had only good experiences with them - very helpful, great communication and good advice on buying and shipping to the US.

I ordered a NS bit through them but they were out of stock, however they still took the deposit out of my account, however when I contacted them they did put it back in promptly. I would use them again.

Used them twice, prompt delivery, have heard others moaning about them but I've not had any problems. :D

I've only used them the once. I rang and asked if they could send it asap as I was desperate, they said they would post it that day....they didnt, it finally arrived a week and a half later.
In the end the bit was no good so I sent it back. I didnt find out till I got my credit card bill that they had charged me twice for 1 bit, although when I rang they did refund it.

had no problems and were very helpful when i e-mailed them for advice. always arrived promptly. from reading above maybe an idea to call to check the bits in stock if you need it urgently
