I was at a dressage competition on sunday with my pony, doing prelim 18 and in the observations bit of the sheet next to the movement
'working canter left, circle left 20m' it says
'hollowed into canter and swinging lead'

and i have no idea what the swinging lead bit means, so thought someone on hear might, so if anyone does and can explain it'd be great :)

Thanks.

You sure it's not swinging head?

Actually could be, looks like it's a L but could be a H.
So i guess it that case it just means he was swinging his head.

If he was hollow going into the circle it is possible he could have made a lead change.

It would also be possible being hollowed to have a wrong head position.
