Exercise sheet when working in?

There seems to be no mention of them in BD rules, so I just wanted to confirm that exercise sheets are permitted on a cold day whilst working in?

Hi - looked through the BD rules - no mention.
I have personally ridden at BD competitions with a sheet - go ahead until told otherwise.
The rules promote the welfare of the horse - it would be unfair not to use one!
