hi i started horse riding a few months ago then had to stop due to a earlyer injury coming back but over my recovery i have put on some weight(14 and a half stone) but im worried im too fat to start up again as i loved it before my injury.

Not at all. There are plenty of horses that would be more than up to your weight, don't worry!

You should have no problem; you're below the weight limit of a lot of riding schools; it might surprise you how strong some of the horses that you might think of as being a bit delicate are. Most fit, well-built horses would take you, something like an ID or IDx would be perfect, and if you're going to an RS it's more than likely they'll have a range of horses suitable. I wouldn't worry about it I've known riders a lot heavier than you are speeding around on tbxs. Happy riding!

I started riding after a break a couple of months back now I'm 15'4 now was 15'8 at the time and was extremely shocked to be put on aTBx he's 16'3 and quite big boned but he is a very fine horse and I rode him without any prob at all, I've recently been riding an IDxTB bit smaller but a bit chunkier, I don't hinder them at all in fact have a look at this a clip from my first lesson on the TBx
