You may have read my last thread 'I feel so brave'

Well you'll never guess what I did today.

Well first I jumped a metre (!!). the only way i got over it was chanting i have to jump this height to get into the schools SJ team. And i got over it.

then my sister put it up. She told me to jump it, so big deep breaths chanting i can do it, i can do it. we came up to it and soared over (AHHH!!!). We did knock the poll, but my goodness. I didn't pull out!!!!!!!!! and the jump was 115cm (3ft 8")!!!!!!

cool! Congratulations! That sounds so fun. So far, the highest I've jumped was 3 feet, and that was only once. hope you continue to have good progress, and I hope you make it onto the SJ team!

Oh believe me i am so pleased with Maverick. this time last year i strugled over 2ft 6", but now my confidence is booming!

sounds like 16 is the age than, so from 15 to 16 there will be a big jump? i hope so lol, because right now hte highest i have jumped (cource) is 3'! i did do line once where the jump was 2'6 and the second was a 3'6 oxer! that was sooo much fun! i have been begging my instructer to do a hieght lesson, she keeps telling me hieght isn't an issue its how i jump hte fence, when i jump one hieght perfect she puts it up another notch. but i can never seem to get perfect enough for BIG jumps...im pushing for 4'. lol i have no fear i just want to jump BIG jumps hehe
