hi ive just came back from my 1st lesson in like 4-5 months and.................................................................i loved it:D i was riding my old horse which is a shire and he was well behaved and listened to most of my comands lol i told my instrutor that i was a bit rusty and the good news is she said i wasnt at all!!:D i did some rising trott and some sitting trott i did try to do some cantering but it needs some working on lol:cool: the instrutor said ive got to work on keeping my back straight when trotting but apart from that it went really well.

i have been riding for a few months, and my position s still bad for canter and i need to keep my shoulder straight for turning.
its hard, because you dont realise that your moving your shoulders lol x

I won't be cantering for some time yet. I still want to improve some aspects of my trot and also leg aids for rein-back and turn on the forehand. Plus I am a wuss and can't face my part loan girlie's canter which is at times, wild!
