It helps horses who suffer from separation anxiety to relax. They look in the mirror and see a 'friend'. Mine settled within hours of it being installed. I bought the Jackson stable mirror, it was over £100 but is highly polished stainless steel and wipes clean ? Was thinking about buying arena mirrors from stable mirrors.co.uk as i could afford to have some at that price, but don't want to waste money if I'll find its like going to a fairground and I look all distorted when riding.:D(Well more so than usual!)

My friend brought my horse a mirror for xmas, he hates it had to take it down the next day, he kept squaring up to himself and rearing up at it. It has scratches and cracks in it now.
He really doesn't like himself.
