Just seen a stallion referred to as a 'Red Blagdon'?

What colour is this?

Hi it is any solid color with white splashed under the belly. Often tho some of the ones you see are kind of roan-y but still called Blagdon. Blagdon is a place near Somerset/Bristol-y area from memory.....the colour is a fave of gypsy cobs
