I found a website a few days ago and now I lost it and can't remember it but it had something you could wear that kept your back straight as I have a habit of slouching, can anyone advise?

It may be the Equifit 'Shoulders Back' that you saw.

I've got one, they are not too comfortable, so be prepared to wear it over a T shirt, but it does encourage you to keep your shoulders back.

I was told by a dressage rider that keeping a dressage whip tucked into the back of your pants, then up under the shirt keeps you pretty straight.

I have a physio "harness" that I use sometimes and is helpful. Available from large chemists.

I find an ordinary body protector helps to some extent, cheap solution if you already own 1 ;)

I've got one of these and it isn't very comfortable, sometimes a t-shirt underneath isn't quite enough.

Sportabac do one that is very similar that looks much more comfortable.

They certainly do help though, my posture is really bad and i find it makes a huge difference wearing mine.

argh, i was having a lesson last week and when i was cantering my back suddenly siezed up, it was horrible! :( it was hurting a bit because i think i over-did it at the gym after having not been for ages, but i don't know if it's from that, or maybe tensing up a bit too much -or a combination. i've had to cancel my lesson this week though because i don't want to do more damage :(
