When we got Snowy, he had a recent eye injury that had developed into a "thing" on his eye. The vet told us to monitor the eye as it could deteriorate and lead to the eye being lost
Recently, I was convinced the eye looked "normal" so when we were getting our vac's done, I asked him to look. He specialises in equine eyes so he's a good person to ask!
He had a good look and
ITS NORMAL
His eye is totally fine, its gone, 100% healed and we can consider our boy to have two totally normal eyes
I ended up in tears! I had NO idea how much it had been playing on my mind, but to be told he's fine was just the best Happy New Year I could have :D:D:D
He has no more chance of loosing his eye now than any other pony :D
I just want to shout it from the hill tops!
