Anyone heard from Shop4bits this week?..

Trying to get hold of them to give them a second chance ;) as its the only place that gives a 30 day trial I think. I emailed them on Monday and have had no reply and also rang and rang with no response....

I bought a bit from them off of their e-bay shop and it took them ages to deliver my bit and it also took them ages to reply:mad:. Although the quality of the bit was good.

The prices are really good but i don't think that i would deal with them again. I don't know if you know but their e-bay shop is no longer trading, were you using their e-bay shop?

I had to wait a while for my bit and they repeatedly said it would be with me in a few days when it wasn't, but it was a sprenger, they didn't have it in stock, so they had to order it from Germany. It wasn't great service, but they did reply to emails politely and promptly.

I ended up retracting my neg feedback for them but should have left it, theyre pretty rubbish at communicating !!

I've bought off them in the past, had a nightmare trying to get hold of them. In the end just kept rining and eventually someone answered. I think if they didnt do the 30 trial they wouldnt do very well.

I was watching a bit on ebay that they were selling but i clicked on it to have a look and the shop doesnt seem to exist on there anymore :confused:

Same here. Mine took a good month to arrive, and I had to email them and phone them several times to get a reply. They didn't have the right size bit in stock, but why couldn't they have emailed me to tell me about the delay:mad:

That's the bit that i ordered, apparenty there was a problem with Neue Schule's makers and they couldn't make anymore until they had resolved the issues. I had to have a 5.5 inch in the end, but bthis was back in August!

Ha! That was exactly my problem with them the frst time round! I ordered the bit, the money was taken and I still didnt have my bit 3 weeks later! Rang them and was told there was a delay but they coud send it me in another size... I cancelled my order and got my money back. Dont think I'll bother chasing my email!

Personally I dont think they have any stock, I think they order themselves once they have your money.

I waited over a Month to receive mt NS Pelham and it was damaged and cracked on arrival !

They held my funds all that time :mad:
