i saw videos on you tube of a man laying horses down, and it was called a TAP or FULL TAP!!!!!!:eek: it didnt look good for the horses:eek::eek::eek:

can anyone enlighten me as to what this person is doing to the horses and explain how they are doing it, because what it looks like is pulling hard on the horses mouth and then somehow the horse lies down? verry bizzar:eek:

BUT HOW!!!! to me the horses looked distressed as he was doing it and in one sinario he sat on one while it was flat out, got it to lie upright then literally had to boot it to get it to get up!!!! :eek: to me it must be the most undignafying thing for a horse to go through.

I think it goes back to 'breaking their spirit' or something similar. to me its VERY OTT - that said, if Parelli stuff hadnt stopped my fella rearing then I might have been tempted!
(someone told me to do that to him in the early stages of my problem, but I wasnt keen - but in a way, its better than knocking the **** out of them I suppose)
