Not as silly as it sounds.
I've been handed an anti cast roller & matching felt lined breast girth that were purchased in the 60's and stored in a bag in an attic.
They have never been used and there is no cracking or moth damage. The maker is Cliff Barnsby and I haven't measured yet but it was bought for a 15.2 TB type who was killed out hunting before this could be used.
I was planning to ebay it but should I sell as is or oil the leather first? My inclination is to oil it and make sure it bends but will that stop it being "new".
I wondered about before oil & after oil pics on the listing.
If anyone knows a RDA group that could make use of it I may donate it to save the hassle of ebay.
