Doesn't the Savvy Times come free to club members along with the DVD's? Or are we talking about some other Magazine?

yes we possibly are, BUT, a few years ago you didnt have to be a full member to get the magazine, i.e you only paid for the mag and were not a fully fledged member entitled to discounts.

I'm in the Savvy club and I think there's only one kind of membership now.
It's about £10 a month (depends on the exchange rate) and you get a magazines and a DVD every 1-2 months, as well as the discounts from the website on the equipment. You dont get the packs when you join anymore, you have to buy them seperatly.
When I joined I got some other goodies too like a diary, 2 bags, DVD that shows you how to play the 7 games with a new horse (very useful), a pen, sticker, a cap, a badge, etc

hmmm, it sounds good about the dvd's and mags, but i am not sure if i can justify £10 a month just for these things as i dont think i would buy any equipment (already got halter,12' rope, 22' rope, stick &string hackamore, bridle, reins, bareback pad) :o

Ring the office and ask
One of the membership benefits is you get online access to all the back issues of the magazine anyway.:D The DVD's are highly inspirational, I much prefer them to the mag's.

Well I know a few people mitigate the cost of their membership by watching the DVD's and then selling them on ebay and substantially recouping the cost of their membership
