Gymkana Trianning Help Wanted

Hello there,
My mare is in training for doing barrles and polls and I need some advice. My mare is a 19 year old mare who did lots of trails when we bought her and is not used to the areana. She's still a little afaid of the two colored polls and hesitates to walk over them. She also limbs on her hind right leg because of stiffness. I also use a Tom Thumb Curb bit on her because it works better with her.

Well if your mare has been limping on her hind leg it sounds like you have a bit of a problem... i think you should be worried about her health rather than training tips!! have you had her checked by a vet? sounds like it could be serious, maybe you should give her time of and apply liniment to her leg...
