I wanted post regarding this riding bridle. The person marketing these
(They don'teven make them - a colleague of mine does) is trying to patent this
item, and item which has been made by myself and countless others for YEARS; These
are for sale by many makers and the author of this article is trying to cut everyone
else out of the market with a patent - it's like patenting a dog leash and making
everyone who makes leashes stop. We are fighting this as a group of about 15 or
more! It's sad--she doesn'teven want the person who orginally designed and
made these to be able to sell them! Just wanted you give you a heads up- I make
these and several other styles and will not be stopping - she will have to sue me
and the others. I, in fact, welcome a little healthy competition and have no worries
since I have numerous repeat customers and clinicans who I make tack for (you can
see my web site below if you want.) - the quality of my tack -which I actaully make,
sells itself. If i sound a little annoyed, I am, We have already contacted the
patent office and are having them investigate this. Buyer beware and be FAIR!
