Mine was!
Poor wee pet. I brought her in and gave a wee feed and haylage. Had to chuck her out again tho as no one was around to keep an eye on her.
I've never seen rain and wind like it!
Apparently YO says all the horses were shivering when they came in!
Little lambs.

Ah good not just my lickle baby then! I felt awful. Shes only 9 months you see and has no rug on. Saying that all the horse that had rugs were shivering too!
Don't mind rain and I don't mind wind, but when they strike together it's blinkin awful!

my horse, as i have prob mentioned 1000times(:o) is a terrible box walker.
this morning he was in and the walking is genarally around feed/turnout time as he is excited but today he hadn't made his usual track.
then after i lunged (note to self - not great to do in that weather) i put him out and he wouldnt move up the lane to the field gate and after he was in he didnt leave the gate!
never seen him do this before, very strange!

Well usually Squigs is quite hardy but not today! She also jumped about quite a lot when I went to catch her (didn't want to leave her herd). You'd think she'd realise I was trying to do her a favour?

My friends was, but the person she asked to bring him in took off his turnout and didnt put on his stabe rug. Poor lad was cold to the bone, every muscle was bouncing. Hes a soft lad to start and it was a cold night!!
