Yes! I found a yard to take lessons at. I have been wanting to take lessons for about 2 years and my parents finally let me. Well we called a school that we found in the yellow pages of the phone book and they said that their trainer had quit and they weren't going to be able to find a new one any time soon. Well my hopes were crushed. But then two days later they called my house and gave me the number of what they said a great instructor! Well today we called her and said that she would be glad to teach me. She said that all the kids she taught though was home schooled so I would have to come after school, from 4 to 5. So really I get a private lesson at the same price as a group lesson! I am sooo excited. She said to start with she would put me on a very calm and gentle palomino paint named leo. Also come to find out where I am going to be taught at is on the cover of the phone book! Theres a HUGE red barn and stables, with a pond,and a gigantic field and arena. In the picture you can even see some of the horses grazing(very far away though). I can't wait! Does anybody know how big a palomino paint gets though? After I get pretty good on him she said she would switch me around on tennesse walking horses, Morgans, and TB's.
