Advice needed..... garlic supplement?

Is it okay to supplement my ponies feed with garlic granules as he is on Happy Hoof which already contains garlic?:o

My mare has garlic oil with her safe and sound, she used to have the garlic granuals and i saw no problems.

my mare has always had a garlic supplement, although if your chaff has garlic in it i would not have thought you would need to add as much garlic.
