Got the spring edition of the robinsons catalogue the other day. Now I knew they sold Torsion treeless saddles and the Equitex pads but on the same page they are featuring a Requisite "Roamer" brand of treeless saddle. It looks similar to the Torsion/Barefoot Cheyenne but it only costs £260.00 including the pad! Seems cheap for a decent treeless!! Others I've seen are at LEAST £400 for the saddle plus proper pad. I take it these Robisons ones arn't much good? Based on the price I wouldn't feel confident in buying one.. Anyone else seen them?

I saw one at robinsons, to be honest it wasn't as bad as i thought it would be.

I still probably wouldn't buy one tho, unless I was using it as a backing saddle.

I saw it, I've just started a thread about theyre cheap synthetic saddles too!!
My gut feeling would be that they arn't much good. I think it's prob a case of you get what you pay for! Would be interested to hear others opinions though!
