Excitement mounts - new RS

First lesson tomorrow night.
I have been looking for a new RS in my area but nothing seems very easy to get to!
Thought I would try London so going to give Westway a go tomorrow evening.
Probably be stiff as a board but it will be so good to get back in the saddle again!

Any NR's go there?

Don't go there myself but would be interested to know what you think. I'm riding but not in a formal RS environment and feel I would benefit from some lessons. I'm in London and am considering Westway so report would be appreciated!

Well I went last night and location wise its got ot be the oddest place right under the Westway, but a a result the cuddly cob I was on did not turn a hair.

The people are friendly the horses seem content and their area is clean and tidy.

As a tube strike is looking I will probably have to cancel next weeks, but I wasnt to have a few lessons and then go out for a gallop on the scrubs!

I just did a 30 minute private, first half on lunge (not ridden for a few months) so that they could assess me. So we did a bit of W/T/C like that and then some off the lunge.
My chap was very steady but would listen to clear commands but did need a lot of leg. I am told they have horses to suit all sorts so hope to try lots over time unless I find a fave quickly!!! :D
