The bit left is : a traditional Criollo cut! something to hang onto bareback LOL and a way for the Goucho Cowboys to tell which horses are broken on the Pampas!

First one - but I assume if you've done the second one, you would have to wait for it to grow to do the first one again! ;):D

Ahhh sexy Buddy!!

the first one!! I love the arch. I'm growing Maximo's out a bit so I can have a go at the arch again as have just been hogging it. To get the arch (As I don't trust myself with the shears!!) I use human clippers and start by doing a number 5 all over. Then a number 3 and the ends and work down like that and blend in to get the arch.

he looks gorgeous with both but the arch gives him a nicer shape :)
theres so much about criollos on this forum lately i think they should have their own section!

I quite like the blunt hog, as i thought he looked less like a cob (less chunky) not that i dont like cobs just - people seem to be comparing Cobs and Criollos, to me its like comparing Arabs and TB.

Thanks Fee for advice on Arching mane - as Monique did it last time with hand shears.

Well I might as well put my penny's worth in as well, I agree with the Majority, I like the Arched.

Mark is going to let Bayo's mane grow abit, as when he first saw him it was a bit long & very soft & he thinks it will look stunning, but I want to keep Cicatriz a traditional Criollo, though if I'm let loose with the shears he may have to go around with a bag over his head until it grows again :D
