Avatar trouble

Hiya, I am having trouble trying to upload an avatar onto my profile, I have tried a direct link from a website and uploading from my computer but it keeps on saying its failed to upload, what am I doing wrong or is it because I am using FireFox? :confused:

Have you checked it is the right size, file size, and file type?

I don't think firefox would be the problem, not sure though as I have never used it.

Its more than likely to be the file type what type is the file your trying to upload?

i was having the same trouble so i resized the images but it still didnt work.
im sure it was the programme i used to resize them because when i saved and uploaded the compressed pictures i had on my myspace account, they uploaded fine

dunno if you could try that if you cant find a better way
