I can't do it!!!!

I can't give myself an avatar and it's driving me nuts. Image is 50x38. It's on photo bucket but everytime I try to upload it it says

Upload failed due to failure writing temporary file.

What can I do??

Please someone help or am I destined to be a big question mark for ever???
