I've not been on the site long but I have noticed a few posts - mainly old ones - seem to be 'defamatory posts' which on other forums are not allowed.

A defamatory post is one which could damage the reputation of an individual or company.

I feel that some posts are perhaps in need of being worded slightly better so that it doesn't cause a problem.

I know that on a forum there are many different opionions but some of what I have seen does appear to be a little uncalled for, be it about a business / company, and individual person or a forum member, probably all of which are people we don't actually know but could tarnish there reputation.

I am a hairdresser and I would hate to think of myself being 'talked' about on an open public forum for all to see and judge possibly perhaps taking away potential clients.

This might be like me planting and unexploded bomb when everyone puts their views, and this is not aimed at anyone just a general post, but its something I had to mention.

Defamatory posts are not allowed here, no.

When we see them they are removed.

Problem is some slip past us... so if you see a post that bothers you, please do PM a mod with a link to the thread or post in question.
