GORSEBANK EQUESTRIAN
Introduction To Equine Shiatsu With Gaynor Ranshaw on Saturday 14th June
Shiatsu is a traditional Japanese healing art which literally means 'finger pressure'.
Equine Shiatsu has been born using knowledge of Shiatsu on humans and the age-old practice of acupuncture on horses. It is a sound, sensible therapy, not a luxury treatment, which uses gentle rotations on limbs, stretches and pressure on powerful points on the meridians.
This one-day introduction will teach horse owners and carers how to give a basic Shiatsu to their horses, which will encourage whole horse relaxation and healing. It will focus on simple, practical techniques rather than addressing all the theoretical aspects of Shiatsu.
The day will run from 10am to 4pm and the cost for this one-day workshop is £60 per person (including lunch and refreshments) and spectators are welcome to attend for £10 per person (including lunch and refreshments).
Please contact Kiersten Aram at Gorsebank Equestrian for more details or to book your place on 01556 611634 or 07791 853402 or email on info@gorsebank.com
