Update to Message Board Software

I've just updated the message board software. Most of the changes are behind the scenes bug fixes but you will now see the new members icon at the top of the page which gives you a quick summary of the registered members.

I've also turned on the signature feature. It was a bit erratic before, sometimes displaying ASCII characters rather than the text. Let's see how it goes now.

Yeah, there have been a few kinks in the new software, but i think taht they have been solved now.
