Whats the with funny faint tag things?

I have seen a couple now. On the erm..title page. I can see one on the thread by someone called something like stella-belly? in cafe. There is a very faint little, looks a bit like a luggage label! If you hover over it it says *always up to mischief* or something:confused: I'm going to go and see if I can see anymore and if they say the same. Its probably something very simple and me being stupid!:o:D

Ahhh......is it something you can do yourself?! I am solving my own mystery here! They seem to be related to the topic. Tags that you can add yourself somehow..

:D Me too, it's a permanent state lately:o You know where you see the paperclip on a thread if there is a photo attached? I am talking about the little luggage labels that some threads have now that I never noticed before. I am guessing they are tags you can use to flag up the contents of your thread somehow to make it easier to find in a search or something maybe:confused:

I've seen it. I dunno there's also a 'tags' thing under the bookmarks inside threads. I'm guessing it's like you tag your thread with related words. So say if there was a thread on laminitis, you would tag it as laminitis and then it would come up better in searches? Like keywords/terms. Understand what I mean?

If you check by at the bottom of everyone's postings, after that little bookmarks bit, theres a Tags section.

I'm guessing it's so we can find similar threads (Under the quick reply box) quicker?

You can add them (Up to 5 I think?) when you post your thread :)

Thank you guys! When i saw the first one that said *always up to mischief* I thought it was maybe a moderator secret tag I had unauthorised access to, where they made notes on us so they could keep an eye!:D:D:D:D
