showing a percheron

I would like to show my percheron in hand at a local show. Can anyone help me with how to present her? What do I do with the long mane? What should she be wearing (headcollar, bridle?) What should I wear?
I don't expect to win anything but don't want to look totally out of place with all those experience heavy horse owners.
