Ride in jeans. apparently that helps:D. Been there though:((fell off 3 times in one round at my first show with new saddle - never again). I did get a wee thing like a lipstick once which you could rub on your saddle (or gloves) to make them slightly tacky. Got it out my local saddlers but cannot for the life of me remember what its called.
It will ease off once its broken in.

I have the same problem on my huuuuuuge saddle for Cooper.
I didn't like the seat savers as they moved around a bit so I went out and bought suedey bum jods that help with stickability and they really do!
I went for the new style caldene bootlegs..
You can see from this photo on my loan pony that they are quite sticky!

The suede runs right down to the bottom of the jods.
Highly recommend them.

Something like the Heather Moffett or a Prolite seat saver may well help.

URAD saddle /leather cream is good for not leaving a slippery coating.

Sadle-tite - www.sadl-tite.co.uk. Haven't needed to use it on a saddle but works fantastically well on the motorbike seat which prevents my OH getting mashed meat & veg when I'm pillion on the back.
