This morning the <not sure what to call it> front of ankle:o? (more than pastern) of my mare's foreleg was ice cold. It literally felt like an ice pack had been on it.
I asked the barn owner if I should worry and she looked at me as if I were nuts.
So I lunged her-- walk/trot only, and she seemed fine.
My trainer showed up and when I asked her she basically accused me of looking for problems.
I dont mean to make something of nothing - I just thought it was weird. Has anyone ever had a Cold leg instead of a Hot leg??
