Is it a white webbing halter? and if so is there anywhere on then net who has them ? ta muchous xx

Yes, the ones I've seen are in white halters. This lady comes highly recommended by fellow Highland owners though I've not used her myself:

Welshies tend to be shown in flat white halters rather than rope ones, depends what suits the individual pony. My halter came from a company on ebay.

if it is a colt he has to be shown bitted at a yearling
if filly or gelding can be shown in white halter and you will find them on ebay

Yearling colts can be shown in white halters. They must be bitted as two year olds.

If you know you are likely to get dragged around i wouldnt recommend showing him in one, they dont give you much control!
Tiff is a welsh section D and i got dragged around everywhere when i shown her in one of those:rolleyes: She wasnt usually bad mannered then either.
