I really really really want a western saddle. LOTS! But one ponio is a fat coblet and the other is a growing warmblood type. I can only afford one saddle. Looked into it and treeless looks the best bet.

So I just blew my first months wages on a Bob Marshall Treeless!

I have been out of work for 6 months so had no money. I have just done my fourth week in a new job. I just hope that once it arrives its as good as it looks in the photos!

Not ordered the pad yet. Want get the saddle and be sure I like it first. Is a used one, but barely used. Cant wait. Never going to get it at this rate though as flaming pay pal wont let me spend that much in one go!

Are you still liking it? I have heard differing opinions of the treeless Western saddles, but that's the same w/every saddle.lol.

I love it! She is used to treeless anyway as I have a trekker and goes well in this one too. I dont want to tempt fate but it will be hard to fall out of!

I dont have pics yet but will take some later this week. I paid £800 for it which is almost the new price, but saved the import tax and the postage. I was in 2 minds about it as thats a lot of money to me. I had planned on a Hilason but it worked out the same price as this one second hand. You wouldn't know it had been used though! Have had it about 2 weeks and ridden in it for about 15 hours so far. Cant fault it. It is much firmer than my Trekker and heavier too. On a loose girth it doesn't slip and she seems very happy in it. Will attach pics when I get them.:)
