Polling?

You can only make polls in the cafe area,when you're making a new thread I think down the bottom is the option to add a poll :)

okay, and how do you actually make the poll then. well, I guess I'll just have to give it a shot.

At the bottom just above where you click "start new thread" is a little box that says beside it "add poll to this thread" and you tick that box and then click "start new thread" and it will take to where you add in all the poll options.

At the bottom it says SUBMIT new thread, and if you click on that without any text in the main box, even after ticking on the 'add poll' box, it just tells you to type in the box ... even though I have ticked the 'start poll' box , I am never taken to anything that leads me 'through' the setting up of the poll.

If I obey the site's instructions and type in the main box, all that happens when I preview is that the text appears just as typed - no apparent option for a poll appears, despite my having the ticked the 'add poll' box.

I want to set up a poll but can someone please get the facility working, or else give me another clue as to how to get to the bit where the poll options appear, please?

I DID it :D. You have to write in the box at least three letters, and then it takes you through it, at least it just did with me :D.
