i was going to show kezzie in his ridden bridle with reins for one of his classes at his next outing. The ridden bridle has a flash tab on the noseband and my mum was wondering if this would count against us? or would it make no difference? he was shown in the same bridle last year but as it was just for fun i didn't mind. Now we are chasing a qualification i want to be spot on.

if you can borrow a non-flashed one it'll look better. it'd actively count against you in BTO though.

ah right. I might ask the OH nicely and get him to buy me the £20 inhand bridle then? :D rest of my tack is black, and getting a jeffries noseband to match rest of bridle would be more expensive than the inhand one  ta mehitabel :) saved me making a big boo boo there!

a normal noseband would look smater :D
and if you really want to show off, instead of your reins use a newmarket(£12- rideaway) cupling and a lether leadrein (£15-35-rideaway)
GOOD LUCK

EB I've got the coupling and leadrein if you want to borrow them, unless you want your own for all the future championship shows:D

no coupling with a ridden bridle! only for inhand - you don;t want ot mix and match.
