Has anybody ordered from them before?

I've seen something I'd like to order from them but I'm a bit hesistant as I can't seem to see an address for them on their website...

their website is www.essexsaddlery.co.uk - as stated before my only worry is that I can't find a postal address for them; all I'd like to know is that they do actually exist before I hand over my money!

I did!

Click contact forum
and then on the left hand side a button says contact us!
Click that and it takes you to an address

Alot of companies now are omitting their postal address, whether that is legal or not I don't know but I can see where they are coming from. Although I have my address on my website my colleague (www.cssaddlery.co.uk) doesn't she says it helps stop scammers, thieves at her premises and junk mail, the Essex Saddlery are probably ok as saddlery is a specialist subject it is (in my opinion but not necessarily correct) I would have thought that scammers and thieves would have had to have some knowledge of equines and saddlery, it's unlikely (though not impossible) that they would bother to learn.

Thanks Oz, I appreciate your thoughts - you're right, it is a specialist subject so to speak and I doubt anybody would set up an online tack shop to scam someone, I was just rather hesistant as no 'physical' address always seem a bit dubious to someone like me...I'm not known as 'belt and braces' in my family for nothing!!

And thanks Titch, I wouldn't have clicked the purple bit on the side as it didn't look like a link to me!

Feel much happier now, will give them a go...it is only a show shirt after all!

I know this post is a bit old, but I was about to start one on the same subject my self...
