Cheeky worked some cows today!

Well okay, it was just going up and herding some well behaved cows from one paddock, through another and down the lane way, but he still finally got some cow experience.:p
It was all very exciting for him especially when the big girls came flying straight at him. :eek:The tail went up, nostrils flaring, neck tense with excitement and those silly snorts that trumpet about a 5 mile radius, but he handled it pretty well. We only had about 3 incidences of airs above the ground and pranced very prettily along after them.

So proud of him, he really is becoming the allrounder (including English) horse of my dreams. :cool:

Thats so cool, I have always worried about showing my mare cattle for that exact same reason only she is a hot headed red head..so I am just sticking to reining and Western Pleasure for now

yeah, but who's going to take photos when we're working cows? ;) There's at least two of us riding and no one else to take the photos for us, and there's a pretty high chance of damaging my camera when perched on a prancing horse trying to take ear shots. :eek: :D
